"...there's been a lot of talk about negotiations with different trading partners, and the shape of those negotiations obviously will affect a lot of what happens with supply chains," he said.
Mark said that, in the short term, he anticipates companies will be focused on entering into contracts that account for such new potential risks.
"People will be looking at things like force majeure and hardship clauses in contracts just to see what flexibility they have, and there will be some adjustments based on that.
