Edward has advised on a wide range of financial services regulatory issues.
Edward is particularly knowledgeable about investment funds, including regulated, unregulated and overseas funds marketing into the UK having spent time in-house in the Government Legal Department at His Majesty's Treasury advising on this and other areas, alongside drafting relevant legislation.
Edward is also knowledgeable about and has experience of advising on a number of other areas of financial services regulation, including financial promotions, the regulatory perimeter, the consumer duty, public law and legislation and the full range of other UK financial services regulation.
Previously, Edward was a legal academic and published peer reviewed research.
