Jacob is an Associate in our Company Commercial practice group since August 2021. He is based at Eversheds Sutherland’s Amsterdam Office. Jacob advises on matters regarding general Dutch corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
Jacob graduated from Leiden University, where he studied civil law and specialized in franchise law. He also studied at Indiana University in the United States. During his studies, Jacob gained (corporate) experience at several other well-known international law firms in Amsterdam. He was admitted to the Netherlands Bar in February 2022.
