Olivia Luzzio is an Antitrust Associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
She advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law, including regulatory filings, government investigations, and antitrust litigation matters. A significant focus of her practice is counseling clients through mergers and acquisitions, providing antitrust guidance at every stage of a transaction from pre-signing to closing. Her practice spans a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, insurance, energy, food and beverage, retail, financial products, and automotive.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Olivia participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program. During law school, she interned in the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Arlington County, Virginia. She also worked as a Burks Scholar providing teaching assistance to first-year legal writing classes.
