Omar’s clients often include domestic corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, large multinational corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and estates. He is effective at counseling and navigating his clients through complex substantive and procedural tax matters with high-stakes implications.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Omar gained diverse experience at a boutique tax law firm, international law firms, and an international business brokerage. Omar’s experience also includes serving as an extern for Senior Judge Albert G. Lauber in the U.S. Tax Court and Judge Sean Flynn in Middle District of Florida. He was the Editor-in-Chief and Founder of the Stetson Business Law Review, and a National Tax Moot Court champion and best advocate.
