We advised Ilkka Oyj on its acquisition of Custobar Oy

Eversheds Sutherland advised Ilkka Oyj, a marketing and technology company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, on its acquisition of the entire share capital of Custobar Oy, a consumer-focused customer data platform (CDP) and marketing automation provider operating on a SaaS model.
The acquisition supports Ilkka's strategic objective to become a key technology, data and marketing player in Northern Europe, further strengthening the group's data and technology business area. The deal had an enterprise value of EUR 12 million. Custobar will continue to operate under its own brand and existing contracts, with its current management.
