We assisted SMBC Bank EU AG in a financing arrangement

We acted as legal advisors to SMBC Bank EU AG in a financing arrangement where Kojamo Plc obtained MEUR 150 unsecured financing from SMBC. The financing arrangement consists of a MEUR 100 revolving credit facility and a MEUR 50 loan.
SMBC Bank EU AG is part of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, a major financial institution headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. It is one of Japan's largest banks and a part of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (SMFG), a leading global financial services group.
