We represented Tonisco in a corporate transaction

We advised Tonisco Holding Oy when it sold the stock of its business companies Tonisco Service Oy, Tonisco Deutschland GmbH and Tonisco System Oy to Uniwater Holdco Ab. The transaction strengthens Uniwater’s presence on the Nordic market.

The Tonisco companies form an entity which manufactures equipment for the maintenance of pressurised pipelines and provides corresponding services for water supply management, heating and cooling, gas distribution and industry.

Uniwater AB is a leading Nordic group specialising in water and waste water treatment technologies.

Partner Antti Husa was responsible for the assignment. The team also included Senior Associates Lavinia Husa and Katriina Jussila, Associate Aapo Tapio, M&A Manager Max Tarkkala and Legal Trainee Olli Potila.
