Yajur is an Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London and is a member of the firm’s International Arbitration Group.
His practice includes representing and advising clients across a variety of industries in international arbitration and commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on complex cross-border arbitrations under the rules of the major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA and SCC.
Prior to joining the firm, Yajur trained and qualified at another leading international law firm where he specialised in commercial and construction disputes.

- acting for an international speciality chemicals and sustainable technologies company in an SCC arbitration arising from a contract to supply and reprocess hydrogen sulphide waste in the Middle East
- advising an international energy company on the English law aspects of an American arbitration regarding a joint venture in Madagascar

- acting for an international oil & gas company in one of the largest ICC arbitral proceedings in the world concerning the construction of an LNG processing facility in Asia-Pacific.*

- acting for the lead partner of an international consortium of contractors in an ICC arbitration arising from the employer’s termination of the EPC contract, which related to the design, construction and commissioning of a commuter and inter-city railway.*
