Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Max served as a law clerk for the Georgia Statewide Business Court for Judge William “Bill” Grady Hamrick III. In 2022, he participated in the Eversheds Sutherland Summer Associate program. In 2021, Max interned at the Georgia State-wide Business Court under Judge Walter W. Davis.
Max graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served as Executive Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review and won the award for Outstanding Mock Trial Advocate in 2023.
Before law school, Max worked for more than eight years as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Boca Raton, FL, serving as his team’s lead portfolio manager.
