She comprehensively advises national and international clients on financings both on the lender and the borrower side. Her focus is on syndicated loans in a cross-border context, particularly within the framework of group and acquisition financing.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2024, Vanessa has worked in the Banking team of Linklaters LLP In Frankfurt since 2021.
