Eversheds Sutherland advised Clarion Partners Europe on the acquisition of a high-quality logistics property near Hanover for around €35 million

Eversheds Sutherland has advised Clarion Partners Europe on the acquisition and financing of a logistics property in Sarstedt near Hanover. The property, sold by Barings, was acquired by an investment fund managed by Clarion Partners Europe for around €35 million.

Built in 2020, the 29,000 m² distribution centre is located in a prime location south of Hanover and benefits from excellent connections to the B6, A7, and A2 motorways. The property is fully leased to a 3PL logistics service provider.
