Soroosh routinely manages all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including review, revising, drafting and negotiating, across all types of commercial agreements. His experience spans master services agreements, vendor services agreements, cloud and software-as-a-service agreements, outsourcing, procurement and supply contracts, and licensing agreements.
Additionally, Soroosh counsels clients on AI governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy, including drafting comprehensive internal policies and guidelines and conducting enterprise-wide AI assessments.
Soroosh presents publicly on the impact of generative AI and the critical role of AI governance, along with practical applications for contract drafting as it pertains to AI vendors and solutions. He also helps develop AI corporate training programs, with a focus on related corporate governance, legal and regulatory considerations.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Soroosh was an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm in Los Angeles, California, where he supported corporate, entertainment and technology clients on a variety of commercial transactions.
Soroosh is admitted to the State Bar of California. His work is supervised by Texas State Bar members.
