Chris is a Senior Partner in the Global M&A practice and is based in our London office.
Chris has extensive experience advising on and project managing a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, initial public offerings and secondary fundraisings, reorganizations, takeovers, and private equity transactions. He advises public and private companies of all sizes across a range of sectors, including Industrials, Financial and Business Services, TMT, Transport, Healthcare and Retail.
Chris is consistently acknowledged by both the Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 directories as being a leading practitioner in his field.
