As a Tax Partner in our Leeds team, Richard regularly advises clients on a variety of property transactions, including complex SDLT analysis and transaction structuring, and on a complex employment tax matters, including international employee arrangements and off-payroll working. Richard also advises a wide range of corporate tax matters, including international corporate structuring and all aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
