Simona also serves as a member of the Special Commission of the Public Procurement Office. The Special Commission is an expert advisory body to the second-instance body (the President of the Office) in proceedings concerning decisions on the imposition of sanctions, future recovery of corrections or review of final decisions of the Office, as well as consideration of appeals against imposed sanctions.
Simona has been working with our law firm since 2016 with a short break and as an attorney-at-law since 2019.
Simona has advised on a wide range of legal issues for medium and large-sized companies within a wide range of industries. Her recent experience includes:
- advising multiple companies on employee restructuring including the possibility of collective redundancy process
- drafting employment contracts and advising on workplace policies, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations for a major investor (a greenfield project)
- advising a major transport company on regulatory issue related to cookies
- reviewing data processing policies, drafting data processing agreements, and advising on cross-border data transfers for several clients
