Claire has extensive experience advising major financial institutions on a wide spectrum of consumer-related disputes involving account misconduct, fraud, data protection and allegations of financial mis-selling. Claire’s practice also includes pensions litigation, FOS complaints, and group litigation.
More recently, Claire has been involved in advising on UK, EU and US regulatory regimes. Claire is following the emerging regulation of cryptoassets after the UK published draft legislation expanding its financial regulatory perimeter to include certain cryptoassets-related activities, and its proposals to integrate them into the existing financial services framework.
