Marc specializes in energy law, and energy and industrial projects. He represents energy, chemical and waste companies. Marc advises on the production, transport and supply of energy including renewables, subsidies, the energy transition and climate change. He also acts for clients in energy disputes.
Marc is a member of the Dutch Association for Energy Law. He is contributing editor of the Netherlands Energy Law Review. Before entering private practice, Marc worked as in-house counsel at DSM and Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN).
Marc advises clients on a wide-range of energy projects, contracts and regulatory issues and he acts for clients in energy litigation. His experience includes:
- advising Porthos on carbon capture and storage (CCS) agreements with its launching customers, agreements required to secure storage capacity and agreements with the Aramis consortium
