She advises leading national and international companies, project developers, asset managers and real estate companies on all aspects of real estate law, in particular in the area of commercial tenancy law.
She focuses on the design and negotiation of commercial lease agreements both on the landlord and tenant side (built-to-suit and existing real estate) and on legal support within the framework of asset management. Her key areas of advisory work is on the asset classes of mixed use, logistics, office, industry and health care.
Furthermore, Carolin has special expertise in complex property management matters, in particular regarding the design and negotiation of property management agreements.
Carolin regularly represents national and international clients in real estate disputes before German courts.
