Global Tech Week: Taking the bull by the horns - buying fintech in 2022

Between 28 February and 3 March 2022 we held the inaugural Global Tech Week which focussed on the opportunities posed by digitalization and the potential legal implications and challenges.

This panel session took place on Wednesday 2 March and was hosted by our experienced M&A practitioners. It examines the key trends emerging globally in financial technology transactions.
