Eversheds Sutherland advises the sellers on acquisition of Rayner Spencer Mills Research Ltd.

RSMR, which was established in 2004, is known for its research and ratings capability which is made available to financial advisers and their clients through advice technology, platforms, provider channels and directly from the RSMR’s portal. RSMR also runs its own managed portfolio service which it launched in 2015.

Eversheds Sutherland’s core team advising on this transaction was led by financial services corporate and M&A Partner, Ankit Chhabra, with support from the core corporate team comprising of Senior Associates Mike Dyer and Drew Bailey and Associates Alina Brenninkmeijer and Misha Sachania.
