Eversheds Sutherland enhances private capital real estate offering with new partner hireSeptember 30, 2024 Eversheds Sutherland has strengthened its private capital real estate offering with the appointment of Claire Haley as a Partner based in their London office. Claire joins the global law firm’s real estate team from Goodwin. Claire brings extensive experience working on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of high value investment properties and portfolios, development funding, real estate finance transactions, sale and leaseback transactions, M&A corporate support as well as significant experience in leasing and management. Her experience includes acting for a range of UK and global investors, international funds, operators and lenders across all sectors including, amongst others, office, logistics, senior living, student, PRS, leisure, healthcare, retail, energy, infrastructure and tech. Alongside her day-to-day practice, Claire has also been recognised for her role in a number of pro-bono initiatives working for numerous charitable andeducational organisations as well as sitting on diversity and inclusion committees.
