Eversheds Sutherland advises Finkemeier Holding on capital increase in eggersmann kuchenSeptember 07, 2026 Munich, 2 September 2026 – Eversheds Sutherland has successfully advised Finkemeier Holding GmbH & Co. KG on the acquisition of a stake in eggersmann küchen GmbH & Co. KG. Eggersmann Küchen, based near Herford, manufactures kitchens in the high-end and luxury segment. The investment was made as part of a capital increase, following which a company of Finkemeier Holding holds 49% of the shares in eggersmann küchen GmbH & Co. KG. The previous sole owners Michael Wunram and Leon Wunram remain majority shareholders in Eggersmann Küchen, and Leon Wunram has been appointed as an additional Managing Director. Finkemeier Holding combines numerous investments of the Finkemeier entrepreneurial family and is, among others, the owner of Häcker Küchen GmbH & Co. KG. Häcker Küchen develops and manufactures modern fitted kitchens and is one of Germany’s highest-revenue kitchen manufacturers. Both Häcker and Eggersmann are based in East Westphalia, at the heart of the German kitchen furniture industry. The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Dr. Christian Mense (Partner, Corporate/M&A, Munich).
