Eversheds Sutherland Selects New US General Counsel and Assistant GC, Names Partner Rocco Testani & Director of Conflicts Robin Dupree

Based in Atlanta, Mr. Testani was most recently the firm’s co-head of Global Litigation and has previously served on the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Testani will maintain his litigation practice.

In addition, Robin Dupree has been named US Assistant General Counsel, following her nearly decade-long tenure as the firm’s US Director of Conflicts and Client Information. In her new role, Ms. Dupree will take on additional risk management responsibilities.

Mr. Testani and Ms. Dupree assume their roles from Nicholas Christakos, who has served as Eversheds Sutherland’s US General Counsel since 2008, while maintaining his legal practice, and who has been with the firm for nearly four decades. Mr. Christakos, who has retired from the firm’s partnership, continues to practice as Senior Counsel.
