Tobias advises national and international companies as well as management executives on all matters of corporate crime and internal investigations.
He represents companies before authorities and courts within the framework of criminal proceedings and administrative fine proceedings and vis-à-vis customs investigators, the police, the public prosecutor's office and courts. Tobias regularly represents and defends management executives in criminal and administrative fine proceedings.
A further focus of his work is advising companies on internal investigations as well as the representation of companies aggrieved by criminal offences both in and out-of-court.
Tobias is the author of the Heidelberg Commentary on Foreign Trade Law (Sachs/Pelz). He advises on matters relevant to foreign trade and sanctions law (including voluntary disclosures exempting companies from fines).
