Amy is a Senior Associate in our New York office.
She counsels clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, class actions, labor and employment, securities enforcement and internal investigations, including contract disputes, consumer claims, privacy litigation and other general business litigation matters.
Amy's experience spans a variety of industries, including insurance and financial services, mortgages and structured finance, retail, technology, media and telecommunications, securities, and brokerage firms.
She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Amy was an associate at a New York-based commercial litigation law firm.
