Franck is a Partner in the Corporate department of our Paris office.

Franck advises in all areas of general corporate law. In addition to his extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (including cross-border M&A operations), restructuring, private equity transactions, Franck also specializes in corporate governance matters and joint ventures.

He spent a year on secondment in the legal department of a large industrial company, one of the world leaders in environmental services.

Franck also regularly advises both French and foreign companies on questions concerning investments, divestments and refinancing.
