Recent transactions include:
- advising Bruntwood SciTech Limited, a joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General, on a £500,000,000 investment by Legal & General and the Greater Manchester Pension Fund. This investment included the transfer of a portfolio of existing Bruntwood land holdings to Bruntwood SciTech Limited, resulting in a property portfolio valued at £1,500,000,000. Additionally, it involved the development of a management company to provide management, procurement, and corporate services through a management services agreement
- advising the founders of ARP Africa Travel Limited, a leading inbound luxury travel operator in Africa on a strategic investment into the group by Alterra Capital Partners
- advising a London-based real estate private equity firm on its acquisition of special purpose vehicle established for the development of high-quality purpose-built student accommodation
- advising a development corporation on its acquisition of three special purpose vehicles established for the regeneration of boroughs in London
