Bernard is educated in investment funds law.
He advises international clients, such as private equity and real estate portfolio managers, on the structuring, formation, management and obligations of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated vehicles, with a particular focus on alternative investment vehicles (including private equity, real estate or debt strategies).
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Bernard gained experience in a number of top-tier international law firms and consulting companies — both in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Bernard graduated with an LL.M in International Trade and Commercial Law from the University of Durham (UK) and a Master in Law from the University of Louvain in Belgium.
