Victoria is a Counsel in our Employment Law Practice Group, based in the Paris office.
Victoria assists French and international clients on collective and individual employment issues, either in a national or cross border environment. She also advises on employee hiring or termination, relationship with employee representative bodies or professional elections, social security and health issues and employment-related litigation. Her experience includes handling matters in the context of corporate led transactions and restructurings, particularly the implementation of collective redundancies or the transfer of employees.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Victoria has practiced at Dechert LLP. Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2016, she speaks French and English.
