Vanessa is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department.
She advises on all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, with particular experience in advising clients in the Life Sciences and Information & Communication Technology sectors on mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, commercial agreements, private equity investments and regulatory compliance issues. Vanessa also advises a number of private limited companies on company law compliance and corporate governance issues. She also regularly helps manage due diligence projects and lead the liaison with other teams across the firm as well as undertaking the corporate diligence.
Her recent client experience includes:
- Advising Vivasure Medical Limited in relation to a key investment round by international investors which also which required negotiation with legal representatives (internal and external) of EIB in relation to the approval, consent and drafting of transaction documentation relating to rights under a warrant deed and facility agreement.
- Advising Aerogen Limited Advising in relation to an internal reorganisation of the Aerogen group.
- Advising Head Diagnostics in relation to a key investment round in the life sciences technology company based in Dublin, Ireland.
- Advising ResHub Limited in relation to a key investment round in ResHub Limited, an award-winning company that provides an innovative SaaS technology platform for residential care providers.
- Advising the entire body of shareholders in the Anam Technology Group on the corporate and tax aspects of the sale of the entire issued share capital of the holding company Ard Suas Holdings Limited and the separately held shares in the main trading company Anam Technologies Limited to Infobip Limited the main operating entity of Croatia headquartered Infobip Group.
