Caroline mainly advises international clients, notably major tech players, on complex and cross-border issues related to digital transformation, new technologies and data. She works in these areas both in consulting and litigation.
Caroline has extensive experience in intellectual property law, data protection, digital platforms, e-commerce, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. She regularly assists large groups in the tech, industrial, financial and consumer goods sectors and she has thorough knowledge in key European regulatory frameworks such as the GDPR, the DSA, and the AI Act.
Before joining Eversheds in 2025, she was a lawyer at White & Case.
