Jacobo Martínez is Managing Partner, head of the Employment Law Department, Founding Partner of Eversheds Sutherland in the Madrid office and member of the European Executive Committee of Eversheds Sutherland.
Jacobo has extensive experience in all areas of employment law, including the implementation of complex remuneration systems, advice on the employment implications of acquisitions, mergers and other operations constituting company succession, as well as the various processes of workforce restructuring, collective bargaining and the resolution of legal disputes in the labour courts. Jacobo is also a very active speaker at conferences and webinars on labour law.
His experience in this practice area includes advising General Electric, Orange Business Services, Globalvía, Warner, Avery Dennison, Teleflex Medical, Parker Hannifin, Room Mate-Be Mate, Johnson Controls and Innio, among others.
