As a nationally known and Chambers USA Band One-ranked restructuring adviser, Todd focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters and represents creditors' committees, liquidating trusts, indenture trustees, secured lenders, distressed asset buyers, and debtors in both workouts and bankruptcy proceedings. He has extensive experience in the representation of official creditors’ committees, indenture trustees/loan agents for defaulted debt issuances, and secured and unsecured creditors, including for matters valued in the hundreds of millions and billions of dollars.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Todd was a partner and team leader of the bankruptcy and financial restructuring team of an international law firm.
