Hannah is a Legal Director Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) in our Litigation & Dispute Management practice group.
As the lead PSL for our Commercial Disputes practice, Hannah delivers strategic value supporting our lawyers to provide that technically excellent advice and develop their client relationships. Hannah also leads on training and lawyer development across the practice group as a whole, ensuring that lawyers have up to date knowledge and skills to always deliver excellence. This includes training on legal and procedural developments as well as key risk management and mitigation topics which supports the practice group risk management profile. As an experienced litigator, Hannah regularly acts as a sounding-board to other colleagues on complicated points of law or practice.
Before becoming a support lawyer, Hannah had an established litigation practice commercial litigation, financial services, civil fraud and regulatory disputes including contractual, tortious and regulatory disputes, fraud, professional negligence, payment services and director/shareholder disputes.
Hannah had a special interest in commercial fraud, injunctions/other emergency court applications, civil asset recovery cases, fraud investigations and bribery/corruption, advising clients from both regulated and non-regulated sectors. She was heavily involved in advising clients both in the UK and globally on the implications of the UK Bribery Act 2010, providing training, risk assessments and undertaking speaking engagements on the topic. She also led the firm's creation, development and sales campaign and project management of the firm’s online e-Learning tool on anti-bribery and corruption, which had over 100,000 learners worldwide in 30+ languages.
Hannah is a solicitor-advocate with rights of audience in both civil and criminal proceedings.
