Frank is a litigation Partner in the firm’s New York City office.
Frank Nolan represents companies in class action and commercial litigation and arbitration in courts and arbitral forums across the country. Frank represents companies in disputes and investigations across a range of sectors and industries, including insurance, life sciences, real estate, banking, manufacturing, technology, biometrics and aeronautics.
Frank serves as lead counsel for companies facing consumer class action complaints, including those arising from data privacy statutes, cybersecurity incidents and breaches, biometrics laws and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Through his commercial litigation and arbitration practice, Frank represents large national and multinational entities in contractual and other business disputes in federal and state trial and appellate courts across the nation as well as before domestic, international and reinsurance arbitration forums.
Prior to law school, Frank worked as a policy analyst for the US Department of Defense, first with the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisitions and later for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisitions. He is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and has represented numerous clients seeking asylum under the United Nations Convention Against Torture. Frank also serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of Trail Blazers, a 140-yearold nonprofit organization serving children in the New York City area.
