Fabio Pérez-Bryan is Legal Director of the Compliance Department of Eversheds Sutherland Madrid office.
Fabio has extensive experience in advising companies from different sectors on criminal compliance and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. His practice focuses on the implementation of Compliance Management Systems according to ISO standards (ISO 37001, ISO 37301 and UNE 19601) and the development of Compliance audits for transnational companies in different sectors (infrastructure, construction, aerospace, energy, waste management, professional sports). He is also a member of compliance comittees of different entities and has extensive experience in the design and delivery of Compliance training sessions for different groups (boards of directors, executive committees, compliance committees, etc.).
