Kristof’s core practice consists of acting on buy-side or sell-side mandates, expertly guiding his clients through the intricacies of an M&A transaction. He is valued by both clients and peers for his pragmatic, solution-oriented approach aimed at getting the deal done. While his main focus is private M&A, Kristof has over the years also regularly advised on high-profile public M&A transactions. In addition, Kristof has vast experience in leading and coordinating corporate reorganisation projects, often spanning multiple jurisdictions, enabling him to leverage our firm’s pre-eminent full-service global network. Lastly, he has advised several clients on joint ventures, both in Belgium and abroad.
His clientele consists of large, multinational corporations, private equity funds and medium-sized, local businesses, active in a variety of industry sectors, including technology and pharma & biotech.
