Carol Tissot co-heads the employment team of Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland and is a member of the insurance team.
She advises our clients on employment law, immigration, data protection and insurance law. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, she acquired experience in banking law while working at Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch (2007), BNP Paribas (2011) and Arab Bank (Switzerland) Ltd (2012-2019) in Geneva. She also worked as a clerk for the Labor Tribunal in Geneva (Tribunal des Prud’hommes de Genève) from 2010 to 2017, before becoming a President in 2018.

Carol graduated from the University of Geneva (lic. iur. 2005). She also holds a Certificate in transnational law (2005), a Master of Advanced Studies (LL.M.) in business law (2007) and an MBA specialized in commodity trade finance (2017) from the same University. In 2017, she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Unidistance University in Sierre, followed by a Certificate in Advanced Studies (CAS) in Data Protection from the same university in 2022.
