She has experience advising clients across a variety of sectors in relation to mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), restructurings, joint ventures, general corporate governance and with particular experience in equity capital markets transactions.
Annika advises corporates, sponsors and nominated advisers and brokers across multiple jurisdictions and a range of sectors, including diversified industrials, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, consumer, financial institutions and real estate (including REITs).
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, running, travel and reading.
