Judith is specialized in (international) contract law, with a particular focus on IT agreements and agreements in the context of corporate sustainability, incorporating guidance on the CSDDD directive. She is frequently sought after by clients who require expertise in addressing their technology and data-related challenges, particularly in the implementation of new technologies and digital business models. In addition, Judith excels at drafting various (IT) contracts and has a proven track record as a successful litigator.
