Teresa is partner of the Banking and Finance Department at Eversheds Sutherland's Madrid office.
She has taken part in all type of financial operations, mainly advising to financial institutions: projects financing, mostly financing of solar photovoltaic projects among others; financing assets: especially watercrafts, advising both actual financing and the structure of the fiscal lease, including deliveries thereof and leveraged buyouts, and financing against balance, restructuring and refinancing operations, as well as the planning and development of the commercial documentation needed to carry out the aforementioned financial transactions.
Among Teresa's responsibilities are negotiating and drafting financing agreements, together with their guarantees: bonds, stock/share pledges and credit rights, mortgages of pertinent rank, authorization applications (exemptions), renewals of previous contracts. She has provided commercial advice, as well as drafting of complementary documentation in all type of operations.
