He advises publicly held and private firms on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and private equity transactions.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland as an Associate, Jack was a senior financial analyst at a global consulting firm, where he focused on financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis. He previously participated in the Eversheds Sutherland Summer Associate program.
