Laura is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant with experience advising corporates and multinational corporations on a wide range of Irish corporate tax and stamp duty matters, particularly with respect to M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, inward investment into Ireland.
Laura has expensive experience advising on corporation tax, VAT and RCT compliance matters.
She also advises on complex VAT matters, particularly in relation to commercial real estate.
Laura also works closely with the Employment and Litigation Groups of the firm on both contentious and non- contentious employment and litigation tax matters.
Laura is a member of Charted Accountants Ireland and Irish Tax Institute.
