Shelley is a partner in our corporate group.
She has experience in the private sector and public sector in the UK and internationally on all aspects of company law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and investments.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Shelley was an associate in an award winning funds practice where she assisted with the establishment, restructuring and ongoing business operations of funds for a variety of Europe's largest fund managers. Her experience includes being seconded to work in the legal team of Europe's largest hedge fund manager.
