Petra is an attorney-at-law with focus on financial and commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and compliance.
Petra joined our office in 2016 and has many years of experience in advising both local and foreign clients, including many cross-border transactions.
Prior joining Eversheds Sutherland, Petra gained experience in the private sector as attorney at law at international law firms and also in public sector as case handler of the Slovak Ministry of Economy by investment aid projects, incl. communication with the European Commission.
In 2017, she participated in a several-week secondment at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich, Germany.

- 2017: Representing Italian business group Intercable, active in automotive sector, by entering the Slovak market, in particular advising by corporate, commercial and compliance issue, advisory by real estate acquisition, as well as on investment aid issues incl. comprehensive advisory and preparation of application for investment aid and advising by the whole formal process of obtaining investment aid.
