He has more than 25 years in private practice, including as a partner at Eversheds Sutherland from 2017 to 2023. He was previously a partner at another major international law firm, where he spent almost two decades.
David has also held senior legal officer roles, including as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Argos North America Corp. and as Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for a NYSE-listed manufacturer of chemicals and building products.
David has led transactions spanning many industries, including building products, chemicals, financial technology, communications, SaaS, media and consumer products. He also regularly represents private equity funds in their portfolio investments.
