Thomas is a Principal Associate in our Corporate Education practice.
He advises education institutions on mergers, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. Thomas also advises on constitutional and governance matters, commercial issues, and collaborations.
He has recently acted on the setup of The Francis Crick Institute, the Heart of Worcestershire College merger and colleges in Saudi Arabia by UK education providers.
