Jana is an attorney-at-law, with broad professional experience in labour law, personal data protection (GDPR), corporate law and inheritance law.
Jana cooperates with our law firm since 2008. Prior to that, she worked as a lawyer for the local law firm. Gradually she specialised as a lawyer for employment law and not only to employment law related GDPR advice.
Within employment law she deals with a variety of topics - commencement and termination, working time, internal directives, posting of employees, TUPE, reorganisation, employer dissolution, as well as collective employment law.
In view of developments and recent trends, he also provides advice in the ESG area.

Work for the client is specific, as the sport instructors underlay to the special rules of employment / cooperation. In this context she had revised GDPR documentation related to the employees.
