Dr. Steffen Schniepp is a partner and heads the German Corporate Finance practice group and the Frankfurt office of Eversheds Sutherland.
He advises well-known clients on complex, mostly international, high-profile PE and M&A transactions. His clients include international corporations, DAX companies and leading private equity investors. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he was a partner at leading international and British law firms. He also served as Managing Partner for Germany, Europe and EMEA and as Global Head of M&A for PwC.
Steffen has been regularly recommended by Legal 500, JUVE and Handelsblatt as a leading expert in private equity and M&A for many years.
